Our furniture is handcrafted to order in our English workshop. Each piece is made individually, with careful attention to proportion, comfort and upholstery detail. Because of this bespoke nature, our typical lead time is 6–8 weeks from the date of order.
What influences your lead time
- Fabric availability — some textiles may require additional time or FR treatment to meet British Standards.
- Seasonal production capacity — lead times may extend slightly during peak periods.
- Delivery location — remote areas may require additional scheduling.
If any of these factors apply to your order, your Design Advisor will discuss all available options before you proceed.
Full clarity before you place your order
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:
- a detailed order summary,
- your estimated delivery window,
- a contact date for arranging delivery.
From that moment, your piece enters production and we keep everything running smoothly. No surprises — just calm, transparent communication.
