Shipping Policy
Our standard lead times for our custom made furniture is approximately 8-10 weeks and then we will arrange delivery.
We have 4 Zones of delivery cost:
-Zone A - England and Wales - Free Delivery
-Zone B - Aberdeenshire, North Ayrshire, Paisley and Perthshire: flat rate £200
-Zone C - Argyle, Bute, Inverness and Northern Ireland: flat rate £350
-Zone D - Isle of Man, Isle of Wight: flat rate £500
Discount for multiple pieces. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and more remote areas might require additional time and could incur additional delivery fees due to the accessibility of their locations.
International Delivery Items ordered for delivery outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes when the delivery reaches the specified destination. It is your responsibility to pay in full any such import duties and taxes. Please contact us for a quote for International Delivery.

Delivery Process On completion of your order, we’ll be in touch to advise we have booked in delivery with our courier.
Deliveries are carried out by our driver or by third party depending on location and number of pieces. The delivery company will aim to have your furniture delivered within 10 working days from collection. The delivery company will make direct contact with you via Text Message, Phone Call or Email to confirm a delivery date and update.
