🕒Lead Times

Every piece we create is handcrafted to order. Our standard lead time is 6 - 8 weeks, after which our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date tailored to your schedule.

🚚 Delivery Zones & Rates

We offer four delivery zones across the United Kingdom:

Zone A – England & Wales — free delivery

Zone B – Aberdeenshire, North Ayrshire, Paisley, Perthshire — £200

Zone C – Argyll, Bute, Inverness, Northern Ireland — £350

Zone D – Isle of Man, Isle of Wight — £500

Preferential rates are available when ordering multiple pieces.
Deliveries to remote or hard‑to‑reach areas may require additional time and supplementary charges.

🌍 International Delivery

We are pleased to offer international shipping.
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the customer.

📦 Delivery Process

Once your order is complete:

we will notify you when delivery has been scheduled,
deliveries are carried out by our in‑house transport team or trusted UK couriers for smaller items,each piece is expertly packaged and includes full tracking,
delivery typically takes place within maximum 5 working days of collection from our workshop,
the delivery team will contact you directly via text, phone or email to confirm the delivery date.

🕒Delivery Timeframes

We always aim to deliver your furniture as quickly and smoothly as possible.
For locations situated far away from London, delivery may take up to 5 days - this is the maximum timeframe for more remote areas.

Whenever possible, we will adjust the delivery day and time to suit your schedule, ensuring a convenient and stress‑free experience.

Please inform us in advance of any access restrictions at your property.

🏠Delivery by Our Own Team

Your furniture is delivered by our in‑house transport team, ensuring the highest level of care from the moment it leaves our workshop to the moment it reaches your home. Delivery is made to the door of your building, and our driver will gladly assist you with carrying the furniture into your flat or house.

Before placing an order, please ensure that the furniture - especially larger pieces such as sofas and corner sofas — will fit through the entrance of your home. We cannot accept responsibility if an item does not fit through your doorway, staircase, lift or hallway.
