At MEK Design, every piece is crafted with care, precision and respect for materials. To ensure long‑lasting comfort and performance, all our furniture is protected by a 2‑year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects.
Our 2‑Year Warranty
Your furniture is guaranteed for two years against:
- manufacturing faults;
- structural defects;
- material defects in frames, fillings, mechanisms and upholstery.
If an issue arises, our team will assess the piece and arrange a repair, replacement of the affected component, or—where repair is not possible—a replacement or refund.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Care & Maintenance
To help your furniture age beautifully:
- rotate and plump cushions regularly;
- avoid placing furniture in direct sunlight to prevent fading;
- clean spills immediately using a soft, damp cloth;
- use professional upholstery cleaning when required;
- avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.
Natural variations in texture, colour and softening of fillings over time are expected characteristics of high‑quality materials and are not considered defects.
