HOW TO ORDER

At MEK Design, every piece of furniture is handcrafted to order. Whether you are choosing upholstered seating, a sintered quartz or solid wood table, or living room furniture, the process is simple, personal and designed around your home.

1. Choose Your Materials
Upholstered Chairs, Sofas & Armchairs
Select your preferred textile from our curated collection of velvets, bouclé, chenille, woven fabrics, eco‑leather or real leather.
Each product page includes direct links to our fabric gallery, where every colour and texture is shown with a name or number.

Tables — Sintered Quartz, Marble & Solid Wood

Choose your tabletop material:

• Marble — elegant and timeless
• Sintered Quartz — durable, modern, heat‑ and scratch‑resistant
• Solid Wood — warm, natural, available in multiple finishes

For quartz tables, you can also select your edge profile.

Living Room Furniture
For coffee tables, sideboards, cabinets, TV units and dressers, select:

• material (wood, marble, sintered quartz)
• wood colour
• front design (for cabinets/sideboards)
• metal or wooden base

All materials and finishes are shown in the gallery above each product description.

2. Select the Base, Legs or Finish
Depending on the product, choose:

• Metal base — matte black, brushed steel, brass
• Wooden base or legs — natural, stained or painted finishes
• Decorative options (for selected chairs): studs, knockers, crystals

Every available option is listed in the product variants.

3. Order Directly Online
Once your selections are made, add the product to your cart and complete your purchase online.

If the product includes variants, simply choose your preferred options.
If variants are not available, include the material name/number and finish in the notes section at checkout.

4. Production
After your order is confirmed, our craftsmen begin creating your piece.
Every item is made to order with exceptional care and attention to detail.

Production times are listed on each product page.
For bespoke or larger projects, we will keep you updated throughout the process.

5. Delivery
When your furniture is ready, we arrange delivery at a time convenient for you.
We offer secure and reliable delivery across the UK to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

6. Warranty
All MEK Design furniture includes a two‑year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.

7. Returns
Because each piece is made to order and personalised to your specifications, returns are not possible once production has begun.
Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.
