Comfort & Upholstery

The seat and backrest are filled with T35 high‑density foam, providing consistent comfort and support. The foam is OEKO‑TEX certified, meeting recognised safety and environmental standards. The bucket shape offers a naturally supportive seating position, ideal for extended use.

Two‑Fabric Contrast Back Option

Matteo offers a distinctive contrast‑back upholstery option, allowing you to combine:

• a main fabric on the seat and inside back,
• a contrasting textile on the outside back.

This tailored combination adds depth, visual interest and a contemporary edge, transforming Matteo into a statement piece while maintaining a harmonious look within the space.

Personalisation & Fabric Selection

You can personalise your chair by selecting your preferred textile for the backrest and pairing it with a different fabric for the seat. This bespoke combination allows you to create a unique aesthetic that complements minimalist, modern, eclectic or classic interiors. Please include a note with your order indicating your chosen fabrics. All available textiles can be explored in our fabric gallery.

Two‑Tone Upholstery Option

This model is also available in a refined two‑tone upholstery finish. You may choose one fabric for the seat and inner back, and a second fabric for the outer back, creating a beautifully tailored, bespoke look that highlights the sculptural form of the chair.

There is no additional charge for selecting a two‑tone finish.
However, if your chosen fabrics come from different Price Groups, the final price will be calculated according to the higher Price Group.

To complete your customisation, remember to include the names of your selected fabrics in the order notes at checkout — one for the inner back/seat and one for the outer back.
